Well the last 3 weeks I have been dealing with it again and I am just about ready to go nuts (pain and cramps) and I have the swelling in two spots on my butt, I have been reading everything on the inner net about pills and powers, PLEASE anyone out there that has tried any of the none prescription stuff and it has worked for you

Answer:
Yes, it will get better.  I' in a medication induced remission thanks to 6MP and have been for the last 2 years.  Before that, the disease was hell and played havoc with everyday life.  I'm not sure what you mean by pills and powers but if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. My wife did not heal on the diet purposed by her doctor nor on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) so I did a bunch of research and developed the diet plan on my web page below. My plan is more restrictive than SCD in many ways but has added requirements also. This does not mean she can eat anything she wants now that her Crohn's is in remission. She must continue on my diet plan for life by moving from the Starting Diet into the regular Foods We Should Eat category. It is absolutely required that you take all the probiotics, enzymes, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals and follow the food restrictions to the letter. Eating only one harmful food will keep you from getting better. My wife has Crohn's disease in the colon. She had a colonoscopy on June 20, 2003. The doctor could find no sign of her previous inflammation from Crohn's colitis disease. He said her colon looked perfectly normal. He would have never known by the examination that she had ever had any intestinal disease. She is completely pain free with normal digestion and bowel movements for the first time in her life. We have not told the doctor about the low-carbohydrate diet program she is on. He recommended she continue as she has been doing, but he didn't ask what she has been doing. He ended by saying, continue with the high-fiber diet. He doesn't know this program is a very low-fiber diet. His professional website lists a suggested diet plan that would give a healthy person an intestinal disease. My wife found she began healing immediately on this diet and began to gain the weight she needed even though this diet is extremely low-carbohydrate. Overweight people will lose weight, and underweight people will gain weight. This diet cured my sister of fibromyalgia. This is also a great diet for healthy individuals. This is my diet, and I have no diseases. It is a great diet for a healthy heart and the prevention of diabetes. It believe it is the ultimate health diet plan for everyone. Another person has UC and his doctor was suggesting surgery. He has been on my diet plan for a few weeks and is extremely excited about his healing. He has begun to cut back on his meds and doing very well. Bleeding and diarrhea have completely stopped. you need some doctoring, and pronto. If you can't afford it, stuff your pride and find some charitable or welfare-supported way to get it. You're in a big-time flare-up, probably the worst one you've had yet. I say that because you report that you have swellings on your butt, I assume for the first time. Those are most likely anal fistulas. Essentially the inflammation is burrowing a path through your rectum and surrounding tissues, on its way to your skin. When those things reach your skin, they will discharge a nasty mix of blood, pus and stool. You MAY be able to shut down those fistulas, and generally knock back the disease flare up, with some high-powered medications such as Remicade. But you've got to do it SOON.
