Question:
Need some advice, my wife (who is 13 weeks pregnant) tends to get headaches often. Her ObGyn has told her not to take aspirin while pregnant and that a Tylenol would be ok 'once in a while'. My feeling is that if a Tylenol is ok ONLY 'once in a while' then they shouldn't be used at all! So, does anyone have any natural headache remedies they'd share with me?

I think ANY drug or herb should only be used with her doctor's express permission. Just because it's natural doesn't make it safe. If you wife is suffering from tension headaches, simple relaxation exercises may help. Otherwise, you might want to try homeopathic medicines. Get the book Everybody's Guide to Homeopathic Medicine and follow its suggestions.
