I want to ask that what's the cause of Headache and without any medicine how we can control it?

Answer:
The most common cause of headache is tension. Tension headache is a cause of approximately 80% of all headaches. Other causes of headache include migraine, fever, hypoxemia, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, coughing, lifting, alcohol, caffeine, and cluster headaches. Medical causes of headache include brain abscess, brain tumor, cerebral aneurysm, encephalitis, epidural hemorrhage, glaucoma, hanta virus, hypertension, influenza. Other causes of headache include the intracerebral hemorrhage, Listeria, meningitis, plague, Q fever, sinusitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and subdural hematoma. Temporal arteritis, tularemia, typhus, and West Nile virus can also be a cause of headache. Medications such as nitrates, caffeine, ergotamine St. John's wort, ginseng, and ephedra can be a cause of headache. As mentioned, 80% reason of headache is tensions. So the way we can treat headache without treatment is to be cooooooool!!! I mean to take things things easy!!
