Tagged As: Headache Cause Astigmatism
Question:
I really don't understand why each time I am at the computer staring at PC and typing or internet, for about 3-4 hours, I always get headache, mild, but sometimes I feel blank or jam a while, why does this happen? Could it due to the computer, I need badly to look at computers to do my work, but I will be in pain after that and when I stop looking at PC for 1 or 2 days, things get better, does anybody suffer like me too, pls help.

I was getting them too. I finally realized that the light above my desk area was causing me to squint at times bringing on headaches, similar to driving in bright sunlight. I now run without the light in my face, and it has helped. I could kick myself for putting up with something dumb like this for so long!!!! I also reduced the intensity of my monitor. Hope this helps.
