Question:
I have been diagnosed with diabetes (type 2) for over three years and my levels have been between 110 and 150. Lately, I have been experiencing major headaches on the right side and I do not know what is causing them. I have been to the doctors for them and the cause cannot be determine. The headaches range from the temple to the back of my neck and consist of a throbbing and/or constant pain. There is no set time or situation when these headaches occur. I have attempted to rest and/or massage the area of pain and something it works successful and other time it does not work. Has anyone had this type of headache pain? If so, what was the cause and how did you treat it.
Answer:
Headache are a symptom of many ailment so no wonder one cannot pinpoint what's causing it. It just might be that your neck muscles have become stressed and locked. This is common for deskjob type workers. This happens after years of working at job that involve sitting a lot. What can result is headaches or dizziness. Massage should help a little but you might consider working out, lifting weight to strengthen neck muscles.
