Question:
From past few days (maybe more than a month) I am getting sudden headache towards right side of my brain, this pain is sometimes very severe and I can barely stand it but it last very short duration maybe at the most 1 or 2-minutes,.this usually happens 1 or 2-times in a week but today I had it more than 4-times a day. Just wanted to checkout could this be any thing severe? recently I had change in my Diet and Location (from India to Japan) could this be the reason? Or should I immidiately consult a doctor?

Answer:
Lots of people experience headaches and other symptoms after eating asian food due to MSG. I lived in China for two years. The compulsion for some Chinese cooks to use msg -wei jin is very stong. We have a friend that felt she couldn't just not use it, she had to substitute something for it; and so, put sugar in all our food when cooking. My experience is you must watch very carefully. The addition of msg containing sauses and condiments to the cooking is considered benign even to people who care for your well being. After all, it never hurt them.
