Does anyone have the address or the phone number for an organization called the National Headache Foundation? I think it's in Chicago. I suffer from migraines and would like to find out what this organization has to offer. I had some info from them a while ago, but lost it. Supposedly they can offer diet info, treatment info, and names of local doctors who can help.
