I was wondering if someone might be able to steer me in the right direction regarding herbal remedy for chronic tension headaches? My husband suffers from them and we'd like to know what combination might help. I had thought that possibly a daily dose of Feverfew mixed with a calming herb like chamomile or possibly even Valerian might help, but I'm new at this. I'd love to hear some pros' opinions that really might help my hubby!
