Hello everyone. Today, Monday, is my first day on the Atkins diet. I never knew this bulletin board existed....but I'm gathering all the supportive information I can find. I'm so glad to find this group. I'll read it daily. If anyone has any helpful sites, please email me. I'm also interested in low carb chat rooms. Are there any??? If not, who wants one. I think this one is the best ever with lots of good atkins information.
