What is Atkin diet? A diet program? I would like to know and practice this program. I have a rather big tummy, but the upper part of my body not too fat, my thigh is fat too, How can i reduce fat for the lower part of my body?
Answer:
Atkins diet is a high protein/no carbohydrates diet consisting of meats/cheese etc etc to achieve a weight loss due to no sugar turning into fat. There are many books out on the subject and is easy to follow. You also have to cut out sugar/cafeine/pasta/rice etc etc to achieve this. I lost 35lbs on this diet. As to your question about losing the fat in your lower body, this diet might get your desired results but would also add some form of exercise ie: walking/swimming/biking to slim down your body. I would also consult your doctor before undertaking any touted diets. Hope this helps.
