I was wondering if any of you had a sample Atkins Diet Induction Menu. I would like to see a couple that contrast a bit. I would also like to have a full day which include breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks, deserts and drinks. Does anyone have anything like this or can put together a days sample for me? It would be well appreciated. Thank you, Tom

Here is one - someone posted the link to the site for me not too long ago - good recipes too - and good menu for OWL and Induction. I think they have new menus every week. http://www.atkinsfriends.com/menus/
