I would appreciate some assistance with The Atkins Diet.I read every book,and spent some time at their internet site,but nowhere I could find a sample 14 days diet plan for breakfast,lunch and diner were sample portions are given ie:ham and other foods that are allowed ,how many oz can I eat per day ?
Answer:
No portion measuring when you start, just keep your carbs under 20 grams per day. Eat meat, veggies, meat, veggies, use real oil & vinegar on salads. Eat till you're full, but not exploding. Eat when you're hungry. Really! When you get closer to goal, you'll have to start eating 10-12 calories per pound of current weight (not goal weight)
