A friend of mine is on this ultimate cabbage soup diet that's going around and has lost about 30 pounds in about 3 weeks. I tried it, but the soup is disgusting. Has anybody got any advice that will help me get my weight down (and keep it down!) with that disgusting soup?!

WW is a highly flexible program. Do you really think your friend is going to keep off those 30 pounds lost in 3 weeks? That kind of ultimate cabbage soup diet is unhealthy from the get-go, and it encourages unrealistic dreams, short-term thinking, and ultimate failure. Stick around and ease on into a whole new way of life where you look at your weight long-range over the period of your lifetime and learn to make healthy and realistic food choices and add exercise to your daily living.
