Where can i get information on 3 day diet menu?

A few years ago there was a diet floating around that centered on hotdogs, beets, cauliflower,crackers, cottage cheese...does anyone have that diet hanging around...a neigh swears by it but lost hers...and wants me to try to find the 3 day's diet menus for her.I wonder whether anyone can provide me ith some information on 3 day diet me?

THREE DAY NUTRITIOUS DIET MENU Day One: Bake a beet for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool; peel, and hollow. Mix 1/4 cup cottage cheese with 2 T minced cauliflower and a half cup of saltine crackers. Mix well, and marinate in half a cup of basalmic vinegar, 3 T dried thyme, a half cup of saffron threads, and six tablespoons of non-fat cream. Stuff the beet with the mixture, drizzle with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, and bake in a 500-degree oven for three hours. Day Two: Take the bits of beet from the hollowing of the beet of the previous day, mix it with two cups of Saltine crackers, bind with 6 eggs, and mix with two cups of cauliflower. Add 2 cups of vinegar, spread with non-fat Gorgonzola cheese, and bake in a casserole dish for 46-1/2 minutes at 200 degrees. Day Three: Grate sixteen beets and mix with a half-pound of minced hot dogs; mix this with the remainder of the cottage cheese. Spread with cracker crumbs mixed with 4 T cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with 2 T brown sugar, half a cup of capers or green olives, the remainder of the half pound of Gorgonzola cheese, and bake in a preheated 3400 dgree oven for 20 minutes. There!
