Is this a good recipe for weight loss diet?

Tagged As: weight loss diet recipe

Question:
I got a weight loss diet recipe and plan from my grandmother and she said it might be worth a try. What are the groups thoughts on this? I think there's a few dieticians or nurses here, so anything from them is more than welcome. I've had the soup before and I love it. Tastes great! Here it is- 6 Large Green Onions 1 or 2 cans (28 oz.) tomatoes 1 large head of Cabbage 3 cans of Water 2 Green Peppers 1 bunch of celery 2 packages of Lipton soup Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsely, basil, oregano, chili powder and bay leaves. Cut into small and medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Turn down to simmer and cook until veggies are tender. This soup can be eaten at any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want when you want. This will not add calories. The more you eat the more you lose.

Answer:
sounds like the dreaded cabbage soup diet? Once again another quick fix! Surely the best way to lose the fat is to burn it off slowly and forever..although this could perhaps serve as an inital starting weight loss boost. If you do try it though...good luck....(good for the bowels of nothing else!)
