Hi, I've decided to trade in my Atkin's Diet book for a Weight Watchers Book. Weight Watchers just seems more realistic. Can anyone recommend a good ww book that I should read? Thanks Cyber you later, Moethejoe

There is a new WW cook book featuring and explaining the points system. I forget the actual title of it.... Or, you can attend a meeting during one of the no enrollment fee weeks and just pay 10 bucks to get the intro meeting and all the materials..
