I hate taking time to prepare food. I think that my eating habits are not helping my acne so i feel it is time for a change. If i eat ramen noodles soup all the time is that considered a decent healthy diet? I eat cereal (raisin bran) for breakfast and ramen noodles whenver else. I eat the soup cause it is cheap and easy to prepare and to my mind is healthy. Anyone have any suggestions on a better diest that takes next to no effort to prepare??

When are you getting any fruits and vegetables? (Good source of fiberm vitamins and minerals and other micronutrients) Try stirring vegetables into your soup -like carrots, onions, peas, green pepper, etc. You can add fuit to your cereal or have a half of grapefruit along with it. Have an apple or orange for a snack. Canned turkey chili with beans is good when heated up and poured over some noodles and you get fiber from the beans. I practically lived on this in college! Add chopped peppers and onion, yum!
