Question:
I know what I should/shouldn't eat, but over the weekend I didn't follow a healthy diet (I over ate) Does anyone want to work with me to maintain a healthy diet which can lead to weight loss.
Answer:
I know what you mean. The weekends are a challenge for me sometimes as well. On the weekends, My structured schedule goes out the window. I go to parties where I can't always know ahead of time what's gonna be served and sometimes even when you get there you don't know for sure what's all in that wonderful dish sitting before you. I also may be out with friends and we choose to eat somewhere and their aren't a lot of healthy choices sometime so I have to make the best choice I can at the time and move on. I've found it really doesn't make that much of difference going off program for one meal on the weekends anyway. One bad decision one Friday night does not negate the hard work and healthy food choices I've made all week before-especially if I have been excercising 4-5 times a week like I should .Now if you are talkng non stop grazing on high fat unhealthy food frm sundown Friday night to late Sunday evening (which I have been known to do whenever I get depressed and throw myself Pity Party) that's a different story....
