Does anyone know a tried and tested diet and exercise routine that will help lose excess body fat quickly without having to spend money (cos I ain't got none)! Does anyone know of a good diet fitness? Cheers all!

Eat less. Exercise more. At the point where the calories going out (via exercise, etc.) exceed the calories coming in (via eating), you will lose weight. If you make this change in lifestyle permanent, you'll continue to lose. Obviously, some calories are better than others. Just as obviously, some forms of exercise are better than others. But the basic point is: eat less, exercise more.
