Is there anyone know of muscle fitness diet ?

Tagged As: muscle fitness diet

Question:
I'm a 21 male, and have skinny arms/torso...but a fatt butt and legs. I guess I have the skinny fat guy syndrome. It's strange because no one else in my family looks like this; in fact, my father is very muscular and athletic. What kind of training is best for me? What about muscle fitness diet ? Is there anyone know ? I know I'll have to keep burning fat until this ass comes off...no way to selectively burn fat (too bad ). But I'd also like to get rid of these toothpick arms! Should I gain muscle first and then trim off the fat?

Answer:
Just to add that your choices for cardiovascular (fat burning) exercise machines will be rowers, steppers, treadmills, ellipticals, x-country ski trainers, and stationary cyclers. Unless you are protecting injuries, it really comes down to a matter of personal preference about which machine(s) to use. If you can't afford access to equipment, then run and/or do in-place calisthenic exercises. For best results and to minimize monotony, spread out your exercise session across a number of exercises without stopping to rest between them. This will keep your fat burning program fun, and negligence at a minimum while toning (not building) the greatest number of muscles. The reasons why it's best to burn off the fat before doing muscle fitness training: 1) There is the difficulty of managing the diet for minimizing calories while doing muscle fitness training. It is generally far more complicated to manage diet for simultaneous fat burning and muscle building. 2) In most cases (not your case) fat conceals the muscle size and tone that is to be improved, thereby making the muscle fitness program difficult to track the progress of. That difficulty is also a psychological letdown which can cause otherwise avoidable termination of the the muscle building program. If you decide to burn fat simultaneously while building muscle, the rates of improvement for both goals will be compromised. However, such goals can be accomplished simultaneously; just be patient. IMPORTANT: If you decide to go that route, then be sure not to do your aerobic exercise session(s) on the same day as your anaerobic (muscle fitness) exercises. And in that case don't try to gage your progress by looking at a weight scale, but instead by asking others for honest assessments of your appearance, and by being aware of the changing fit of your
