Question:
Leptoprin? Cortislim? Xenedrine? Metabolife? What is the best fat-burning and/or Weight Loss pill??
Answer:
I will never be the best resouce for weight training. Nor weight loss. But, I do know what works for me. At the risk of sounding like the founder of the Will Brink fan club, I'll repost something I posted the other day. Wasn't Xenedrine and ephedra-based item back before it was banned? If you are looking for something like that you can take Bronkaid and caffeine tablets and have a similar product. Bronkaid has one of the ephedrines in it -- pseudoephedrine (my spelling may be off, but it's the stuff in some other OTC drugs) may not be as good. If you are thinking of spending some money anyway, go over to www.aboutsupplements.com and pick up Diet Supplements Revealed by Will Brink. Mr. Brink posts here on a regular basis. Before I purchased the book I did some Googling and read some pasts posts here to make sure he wasn't just out to make a fast buck. I didn't turn up anything negative (that I didn't expect -- there's always one or two negatives on any subject/person) that turned me away. In the short few months I've been lurking here I haven't noticed anybody ragging on Will about being a charlatan -- and the folks here seem pretty ruthless [edit: but loveable] ... somebody would have said something. On a personal note, I found the book to be well worth the money. It has a lot of good information. I do not know Will Brink -- or anybody else in MFW for that matter. The opinions regarding his book are my own. This is not a paid commercial endorsement. I am not a doctor; I don't play one on TV or the Internet -- Before introducing OTC drugs and what-not into your daily diet you may want to consult a physician. Good luck with the diet.
