In the UK ephedrine is a prescription drug. Therefore it is very difficult to obtain it by itself. Luckily, a product called Do-Do Chesteze contains Ephedrine and is freely available from most chemists in the UK. Chesteze comes in packets of 12 and 36 tablets. Caffeine can also be obtained from most chemists in a product called Pro-Plus. This is available in packets of 24, 48 and 96 tablets. Aspirin is easiest of all to obtain as it is freely available in it's generic form from all chemists. What if the chemist asks me funny questions? The chemist may ask you questions such as: - Have you taken this before? - Are you on any other medications? - What are your reasons for buying this? The best things to say in reply are: - yes - no - to help my breathing as my chest is a bit tight If you still have problems then you could try going to a small independent chemist who is more likely to serve you without question.
