While most the over the counter diet pills may have some thermogenic effect in raising metabolism, it really is minor effect.Most those pills are there for people to make money off of. Your best bet in losing weight is good ol' eat less, exercise more... with or without pills. If you read the fine print on the pills, they always say work when following a diet and exercise plan... They work because the people ate less and exercised more. So, why waste your money on pills when you can save your money, do it natural and in the end, you have more money to spend on the new clothes you need to fit the new, skinny you. But, if you are set on diet pills as a solution. Here are my suggestions. 1. Make an appointment with your doctor for a full physical and discuss weight loss options.
