Question:
I'm looking for my best prescription diet pill. Can you tell me what's the best diet pill you ever try or heard of it? thanks!

Answer:
I'm taking a prescription diet pill now that I think is facilitating my weight loss, but I was losing weight before I started taking it and I would be losing weight if I stopped taking it. I think it moves me along at a slightly faster clip (maybe .25 pounds a week.) It's a combination of ephedrine HCl with coffee twice a day. Sometimes I take half an aspirin with it. However, I also took an ephedra metabolism booster thing a few years ago. I lost absolutely no weight and when the 30 day supply was over I stopped taking it and promptly (immediately!) gained 10 pounds. My advice is to lose half your weight without diet aids and then when you've got the knack of it you can start doing an ECA stack to keep up the pace or get past a plateau or something. I seriously doubt whether it would do any good if I weren't already losing weight via appropriate methods. By the way, I'm losing weight doing the following: 1.) I watch my calories and keep them at around 10x my weight with about 40% of my calories coming from carbs (which means I have to limit carbs from my old lifestyle.) I also get about 30% of my calories from protein and about 30% from healthy fats (flaxseed, salmon, etc.) I sometimes use www.FitDay.com to track foods and see the percentages of macronutrients. 2.) I cut my aerobics exercise in half (from 5x 45 min/week to 3x 20 minutes a week) and changed the speed/intensity to include high intensity intervals (i.e., sprints). 3.) I stopped doing a dainty set of 12 reps on the Nautilus machines and went upstairs to the weight room where I started doing squatting in the rack, chest presses with the olympic bars and many other free weight exercises to the tune of 45 minutes 3x a week. I've lost 30 pounds in the last six months. Only the last five (in the last month) came while taking diet pills. Which one of us is going to keep the weight off? Me with my lifestyle changes or you with expensive pills that make you feel odd?
