This is a popular diet. Be sure to warn your family and friend about this. F-D-A warns consumers to avoid Brazilian diet pills The Food and Drug Administration says testing shows the pills may contain tranquilizers, antidepressants and stimulants, and using them can lead to serious side effects or injury.
Answer:
This story about brazilian diet pill is so bizarre, I don't know what to believe. First, my distrust of the FDA kicks in. They are so politically motivated, and the stink of Lilly and the other drug companies are all over the hierarcy that one just knows that they use their pull to ruin their competition. Then the story that the ingredients of the brazilian diet may contains narcotics. How stupid is that? If they contained narcotics, they would be stopped at the border. They wouldn't be allowed in. It is not as if the Customs people don't have total control of things like that. Now, drugs is drugs and I am the first to say, let's help people not take them, or get off of them if you are. But there is something big brother weird about this story. Need to lose weight? Exercize. Eat less.
