The number one most common question is how? I could offer you a dozen methods that would work but I won't. I know what I choose for me and each person must do that for themselves. My point is if you read the posts for even one day you will see that there is no easy, clean, painless method. Suicide is not easy, clean or nice in anyway. If anyone had a quick, easy, painless method to offer this group would be left to the trolls pretty fast. So you will just have to do the research to find out how much suffering you are willing to go through and willing to put loved ones through to end this life. I know my line in the sand, you will have to find yours. On the up side, any drug store carries clean diet pills and sometimes controlling your body can provide control in your life. Anorexia sucks as a lifestyle but it can be a useful coping techique.
