What diet pill options are there. How do they compare in effectiveness?
Answer:
I have lost most of my weight using Phentermine. It does work and I have never had a problem with not being able to take them for long periods of time. I didn't gain any weight back until 6 years later and I can't blame any diet pill for that. I'm one of those people that needs the extra help curbing my appetite and Phentermine does just that without the jittery side effects.
