Tagged As: Diet Pill That Work
Question:
Hello everyone, I am a student in biology considering to try these diet pills that are on the market. I have heard good results from diet fuel and ripped fuel (even though the ephedra content is very high in these products) and was wondering if anyone else can concur with the efficacy of these products. Also, could someone recommend a product that DOES work, ie. clinical trials have proven that the product works. As everyone knows, testimonials are not the most reliable source of information. I would appreciate insight into these matters as I am quite skeptical of products that are not proven through clinical trials! Thanks for your help in this matter.
Answer:
I can tell you for sure that at least most diet pills don't work. There are only few substances which will probably help you lose weight. These are the ones that I'm aware of.. a) amphetamine okay, this stuff is illegal and if you are sane you'll stay out of it anyway. but it will make you think that you are not hungry. b) caffeine/ephedrine/aspirin I've read some studies that have shown these to promote fat loss when on a diet but they are hazardious for your health too. I'd stay out of these ones too. c) green tea Yeah, there's some study which proved that it promotes weight loss on rats. I don't know about humans but I'd rather try this one than any of the marketed miracle diet pills. There are several other substances which are marketed to help you lose weight but they don't really work.. among these are chrome, apple vinegar, chitosan thingies.. + more than you can ever list. The rule is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Exercise more, eat less.. I think that's the right way to lose weight.
