I just celebrated 7 years of sobriety in AA, but I'm having a problem with ephedra...I've been on these diet pills ever since I quit smoking three years ago, and I'm wondering if anyone else out there is grappling with these damn things...they really do the same thing to me two or three cups of coffee would, but the context is really giving me a bother, and I'd like to get off them- I also have a dread fear of getting fat, so that contributes...please write if you want to give advice about ephedra weight loss diet pill...

I'm curious about something. I know that ephedra is marketed for weight loss. But the only place I see it for sale is right next to the coffee machine at interstate gas stations and stuff. Does it ACTUALLY help with weight loss? whenever I took that stuff (yeah, to stay awake for driving), it had about the same effect of just making my stomach turn into a knot, and make the THOUGHT of eating kind of sickening, just like whacking down too much coffee and cigarettes for the same reason. I don't know your situation, and don't have any experience with ephedra based stuff, but maybe it's in your head? Just like holding a smoke used to be? Just a thought, but why shouldn't your previous (successful!--WAY TO GO!) strategy work here too?
