I was wondering if anyone has any information on the cybergenic quick weight loss diet pill. It is a combo of vitamins and herbs with a very specific diet to follow for 2 weeks in conjunction with exercise. What I specifically am interested in is the herbs. There has been a lot of publicity lately about the dangers of certain herbs and am wondering about this. Any help is greatly appreciated ! Thanks

I tried that diet..and most of the benefit of the system is the rigid food specifications they recommend. If you did the diet without the supplements you'd not lose weight becasue the body will scavenge fat knowing times are tough nutritionally...the pills cybergenics gives you help the body continue losing fat while all other dietary indicators in the brain are telling the body to pack it on it'll be a tough winter...so the diet works but is wholly artificial unless you keep the dietary changes and excercise changes in your life as recommended by cybergenics.. It does make a great springboard to a new routine, but forget it If you think you'll keep the weight off... Now, supplements themselves are good for me, I dunno about you. I simply added these supplements to my diet, and actually I eat more real food, lost more fat, and gained more strength. I race bicycles, so my health and fitness is super anyway. Metabolol II in the am Met Endurance before hard rides Met II and ProScore 100 after hard rides Pro-Score 100 at night. It helps my body because Not being a Pro cyclist, i cannot seem to make my real food diet 100% effective, these supplements ensure that I have zero dietary gaps for the level of fitness i want to maintain... No matter what, NO DIET will work right unless you A) have medical reason to diet B) diet with exercise so your metabolism changes, and that metabolism change will govern your appetite, not the diet.
