Yes I have tried diet pills and no I wasn't pleased with the results. I am no a diet that I like very much and I will stick with it and lose the weight I need because I'm eating foods I like, get good advice when I ask questions and get and give support. HTH I tried diet pills many years ago (dexadrine) I talked incessantly and couldn't sleep. I have taken diet pills in the past and made myself total sick and had to het help from a Physican to get myself healthy again will never use diet pills again. A person of one of my friends also took dp's and loss all of her hair!!!!!! Today I take an all natural herb product... I take diet pills (phentermine), lost 86 lbs. don't talk incessantly (in fact, I type a lot, but don't talk much at all
