Has anyone tried the Diet Scent Patch? Where do you buy them?
Answer:
I saw a feature on TV the other day about a few people using these diet patches for chocolate addiction. In theory, you smell the patches all day long and then don't want it anymore. Personally, I think a magnesium supplement might be more effective. Craving chocolate is supposed to be one of the symptoms of a magnesium deficiency.
