My name is Anali, I have heard about this Scarsdale diet and some success stories. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and what are the experiences with it. I want to loose about 15 lbs., and the reason I prefer this to Atkins is that I won't have to give up my little treats for good. We will see how it goes, I'm planning on starting it next Monday. If someone had gone through this road before, I would love to hear the stories. Thanks for the support
