Question:
Why is Kelloggs Special K diet plan good for you? When I looked at the dietary chart on the side of the packet, it looks anything but good (although it is nice but so is everything that you shouldn't have)
Answer:
1. It's one of the few dry cereals that don't have trans fatties. 2. It is fortified with 100% folic acid, 100% vitamin b6 and 100% vitamin b12 which together protects against high homocysteine levels. 3. The level of sugar is lower than most of the others though not as low as Cheerios.
