Question:
I'm a 27 y.o female, vegetarian. I've been exhercising for about a year and lowered my weight from 65 to 61.5 kg, became much more fit. It's still not enough cause my goal weight is 54 kg (I have a medium frame, closer to a large). Therefore, I just need to change my eating habits. I'm not eating junk food, but I have to make a food plan (or a diet plan) to take eating under control somehow... Therefore, I need your help. I'll be very gratefull to anbyone who can share a good diet plan for vegetarians.

You might have a hard time with the Atkins diet approach (I personally can't do that), but you could have lots of luck with low-fat or low-calories. I'm on a low calories diet and have no problem sticking to it and my vegetarian lifestyle. Think high-fiber/low-fat cereals, salads, brown rice, I just discovered a great recipe with jalapenos, lite velveeta and broccoli. Get yourself a book that tells you the fat/calories in different kinds of food. Also try
