I am just starting the cabbage soup diet. I have read that you gain all your weight back after you go off of the diet but I know some that have not gained it back. Is this still going to be true if I continue to exercise? I need to lose 50 pounds. Is there another free low fat diet plan to go on?
Answer:
I have used the cabbage soup diet, usually when I hit a plateau and need a jump start. I use it for only 2 weeks at a time and I do continue exercising. For me it seems to flush my system and get it going on losing again. I wouldn't use it for more than 2 weeks, and then I go back to my regular low-fat diet plan.
