Can anyone provide me with a 4000 calorie healthy weight gain diet? I am skinney and underweight, and i need more fat on me. Im not so much worried about muscle at this point. Thanks for anything

Who told you that you were skinny and needed fat as opposed to muscle? Have you had a body fat analysis? Unless you are under the care of a physitian and that person has requested that you up your body fat, I would recommend against adding fat to your body. Fat has been implicated in diabetes, heart diseas, and cancer. Additionally, any weight gain or loss of 25 lbs places a great strain on the heart. Going on a 4000 calorie healthy weight gain diet would add this 25 lbs very quickly. Gradual weight changes are best for the body. More information is needed before anyone can answer this question
