Depends on a lot of factors. I'm Type 1 and can include a normal (whatever that is) amount of carbs in my daily intake. Many Type 2's here seem to go lower carb to control their bg numbers. The challenge, and difficulty of labeling something, is that low carb means different things to different people. We are all different and have to find, with the help of our doctors, what works best for us as INDIVIDUALS.
