Our Dr. put my wife on a low fat/low carb diet the other day, problem is she didn't specify how low. Wheres a good place to start with this? I don't want her starving herself to death. Anyone help me for low fat low carb diet.

I've been on the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet for a bit over a year in which i've lost about three stones without having strictly stuck to it. Most of the time I do though. Anyhow, this diet stresses low fat or avoidance of food containing saturated fats, as well a low carbing. The plan is to have 2 of your meals consisting mainly of protien and vegetables or any ingredient that has less the 4 grams of carbohydrates and 1 meal that can consist of all food categories, you can even have double desert. Other low carb plans require you to take vitamins and other supplements in order to make up for not having any fuite or lower amounts of it but this diet doesn't need this.
