Does anyone know what The Three Diet is and does someone have a copy ? Does it relly work? Can you post the web site? I am interested in looking at this. I did this diet many years ago when I wanted to lose a few pounds (and was not very overweight) and it worked very well. Now when I look at it, it seems bizarre

Well, regardless of what Triton says about it being crap. I did this diet twice. In fact, I lost it and that's what I'm looking for again. It does work on a chemical breakdown. You can eat weird things like ice cream one night (I assume for the calcium) and even a hot dog one meal. Both times, I droped 10 pounds and I only weight 185 at the time which isn't bad for a 6' male.
