Is anyone here on the Perricone 3 day Diet ?

I am watching him on PBS. Just because I am eating lower carbs and fish... I see that there is MAYBE something to his ideas on insulin/being fat/diabetic. Does anyone have a list of his suppliments or a testimony of results of being on his diet ? Is anyone here on the Perricone 3 day Diet? Thanks

It always amazes me that someone might think there is a Yes or No answer to questions as to whether one is or isn't on a particular diet. Take a quick read of http://www.althealth.co.uk/services/info/diets/perricone_diet.php Perricone advocates eating salmon regularly eg three times per day. His reasons include coenzyme Q-10, which is a powerful antioxidant, and dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE). Well the salmon contains these things and it also contains astaxanthin which apparently he has not yet caught up with. So fascinated is he with CoQ10 and DMAE that he also recommends and markets creams containing them for wrinkles around the eyes. His other suggestions include vegetables, drinking water etc. My point is this. It doesn't make too much difference what we happen to believe about certain foods just whether or not we eat them. Perricone gives the impression that he is the discoverer of a relationship between inflammation and aging and that naturally one needs his diet and his prescription creams to fight aging.
