I am wondering if anyone is on the South Beach Diet and how successfull you are ( in how much time). I started on july 14, it is challenging at the moment but I am down 5 pounds. still would go for sweets but not! Is Thank you for your responces
Answer:
Loss of 5 lbs is nothing. Stay on whatever diet you chose for a while. Also walk or otherwise exercise. Do situps etc. Just being on a diet without exercise is very difficult.
