Question:
Now that they have killed off my Atkins LC morning start cereal, I'm in need of a substitute. I'm looking for a high fiber, low effective LC cold cereal to have for sometimes breakfast in place of the usual stuff I eat. Sweetness not necessary. Crunchy is good. Trader Joes has something they call Hi Fiber Cereal that's not too bad. Anyone have a store, or brand name that they like? Like south beach diet cereal ?
Answer:
I mix South Beach Diet Whole Grain Cereal half and half with Fiber One.
