I seen they have new South Beach Diet frozen food and wraps also... My husband has been eating weigh watcher smart ones lately... and I have heard lots of good thing about South Beach Diet as well too. My co worker who has been eating weigh watcher smart ones frozen food has been telling me that ww smart ones are better than South beach diet frozen food. Wonder if it even matters or what I am supposed to look into and determine which one is better??? Please help give me hints on what to look at?? How to determine it. When I read the nutrition facts... what exactly do I look at on south beach diet food ? Then what should I limit it to? I am trying to understand how to read it properly.. We have lost 10 pounds in 1 and half month now... but I want to be sure I am reading it correctly.. please help! Thanks in advance!!

If you are on SBD, the new convenience foods offered by Kraft are supposedly endorsed by SBD and usually list which phase(s) they are appropriate for. I've done some comparing and the SBD stuff is a little higher in fiber and protein than other brands, but you are still better off with just sticking to the lists and using these things sparingly. SBD is also endorsing existing food products as appropriate for SBD. With regards to frozen foods, no one brand is probably any better than another between Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, WW, or the new SBD's and others out there. I use an occasional one for lunch with a salad mostly because it is convenient. I go for the ones that don't have pasta, rice, or potatoes but are also reasonably lower in fat. The killer in frozen meals is the salt for most people. You seem to be doing well with whatever it is you are doing now so don't mess with it too much!
