I am looking for a diet/way to loose many kilos. I know what i should do (exercise) but i also know that i have tried many times and give up after a few days, let alone the weeks i need. I tried hiring a treadmill, that worked for a couple of weeks but after that i just couldnt get up the motivation. Can anyone relate to my problem? i work as a computer programmer and am at my desk at least 12 hours a day, i have children and when home i spend time feeding them and helping with homework etc. i do make a big effort to eat (and feed) healthily. We dont eat fast food more than once a month (and i dont at all). I have tried Duromine, which was actually quite helpful altho i spoilt it by becoming addicted to cashews (i didnt realise how bad they were). But i seem to have levelled out at 99k. i have physillium husks and metamucil for breakfast , coffee, mandarins and vita wheat (plain *4) for lunch , and dinner with the family. i doubt i have more than 4500 KJ per day. Catching the bus to work has been tried, i used all my sick leave from catching various communal bugs, besides i have a car spot and my son drives me to work. Gym has been tried, but i am too self consious and gave up. i am basically lazy. yes i admit it. not proudly but truthfully. my best time is reading a book or surfing the net. Does anyone know of a really low cal diet? Can i get frozen meal in south beach diet ?
