Does anyone know of any alternatives for Phase One of the South Beach Diet for breakfast? I am trying to do this diet, but I really don't like eggs. Are there any non-egg choices that would work? Thank you for any suggestions!!

Cooked Canadian bacon topped with some tomato slices, and aspargus tips with some cheese on top grilled. Lowfat cottage cheese with chopped veggies. Maybe a sugar free, low carb, non dairy based shake mix if there is such a thing, or try making your own with tofu, cocoa powder & sugar substitute. Maybe make a cheese cake with cottage cheese, or non dairy cream cheese, with a nut crust. I have some easy recipes I can send you with just a few ingredients, and some that use sugar free jell-0 you can make it with using the cheese. You can have a slice of that in the morning. You can also make the diet jell-o with cottage cheese and have that. How about a layered gelatin mold with cottage cheese and all types of chopped veggies. Make it with tomato juice instead of water. Check the net for recipes.
