Does anyone know anything about vegetarian south beach diet?

Tagged As: vegetarian south beach diet

Question:
I've heard that it is possible to do the south beach diet as a vegetarian, and that there are details on the Web site. However, I can't seem to find out for sure exactly what they have (for example, specific meal plans?) without paying for it. But I don't really want to pay unless I know what I'm getting into. Does anyone know anything about vegetarian south beach diet?
