The are lots of good places to eat out LC, and cooking in has lots of possibilities, when I find myself getting stuck is if we're with others and do take out or have food delivered. My wife has a super-sensitive nose, so Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Indian/other strong smelling foods are out. Which leaves the default to be Italian. All of which seems to be pasta based, and the meats breaded or floured. I normally end up with a salad of some sort, but the quality varies greatly from place to place. Occasionally I'll order a sandwich and discard the bun, but often that's not satisfying. So, what are your recommendations for zone diet home take out / delivery food?

There's a great zone diet home delivery service where I live that restaurants subscribe to...Room Service in Paradise. Their booklet, mailed free to everyone within the delivery zone, contains the subscribed restaurant's menus. I just have to phone in an order to RSiP and, for a delivery fee, a meal is delivered to my office. I live too far away for home delivery! Anyway, I usually order more than one meal then stock the fridge/freezer with leftovers.
