Question:
I'm 20 and in college, and was diagnosed with fms when i was 17. i have been in and out of school and its taking me forever to graduate. my mom bought me the fms/mps survival guide book, and it has many suggestions that i'm counting on to be able to stay in school. here's the problem - i don't know what i'm doing. i'm in the middle of a terrible flare and mid-terms - a terrible combination. i fit all the symptoms for yeast problems and reactional hypoglycemia. i want to try the guainefesin treatment, but before i can to that i need to get the yeast and hypoglycemia under control. i'm trying to plan foods that fit the 30/30/40 zone diet and i'm trying to cut sugar and the foods that contribute to the yeast problem from my diet and now i don't know what to eat.Any of you have tried this and have zone diet recipes or menu ideas or anything that can help me figure out how to do this?I'm really in trouble with my current college diet.
Answer:
I have several menu plans and recipes on the puter for the zone diet. There may be some things in them you would have to eliminate for the yeast diet, but maybe not to many. Would be happy to send them to you [and anyone else that wants to be added to my mailout list for zone recipes and meal plans] if you contact me by e-mail.
