Question:
I've just bought a copy of the Zone perfect diet and prefer the look of this as I find it tough not being able to eat a lot of fruit and veg. My questions are - do many of you do this diet, are there any support message boards/forums out there specifically for this diet? I've done a search on Google and haven't found very much. The book I've bought keeps referring to others in the series which annoys me as I had hoped that I'd get all the info from this one. I'm pretty sure I can stick with this diet so long as I can find extra support out there. Can anyone help with the zone perfect diet?
